He attributed the increased frequency of rain and thunderstorm activity this month to an early onset of summer, with the second half of February recording temperatures similar to those typically seen in May and June.
On Sunday, Lucknow recorded a maximum temperature of 35.7°C and a minimum of 20°C, highlighting the warm conditions that the incoming rain aims to alleviate.
