A total of 203 advocates contested in the election, demonstrating robust participation from the legal community. From this competitive field, 23 members were successfully elected to serve on the council. Among the notable winners were Ponnam Ashok Goud, who is the brother of TPCC Legal Cell Chairman and minister Ponnam Prabhakar, and K. Sunil Goud, the captain of the High Court Cricket Association.

Sunil Goud achieved a remarkable feat by being elected for the third consecutive time, having previously secured victories in 2011 and 2018. His experience is further highlighted by his prior role as Vice Chairman in the preceding council, positioning him as a seasoned leader within the legal fraternity.
