Chilling Threats to the Family

The case, registered at the Govind Nagar police station, took a sinister turn when the accused allegedly made a threatening phone call to the distressed father. According to the police complaint, the caller, identified as the accused, issued a dire warning. He stated, "Your girl is with us. Don't try to find us and don't file any report, otherwise I can get you people killed." The father also reported that the accused hurled abuses at him during the call.

Timeline of the Disappearance

The sequence of events began on December 29, when the teenage girl, a resident of Dabauli West, left her home stating she was heading to school. She never returned, and her family has been searching for her since. The father, in his complaint, alleged that subsequent inquiries pointed towards a young man named Aakash Katiyar, who lives in the Dabauli West Baba ki Bagiya area. The father accuses Katiyar of luring his daughter away from home.
