The train will have stops at key stations including Krishnarajapuram, Hindupur, Dharmavaram, Guntakal, Adoni, Manthralayam Road, Raichur, Wadi, Gulbarga, Solapur, Daund, Pune, Panvel, Vasai Road, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Ujjain, Maksi, Shujalpur, Sehore, Bhopal, Itarsi, Nagpur, Gondia, Raipur, Bilaspur, Rourkela, Tatanagar, Kharagpur, and Santragachi before terminating at Howrah.

The route will cover similar stops as the Howrah-bound train until Raipur, after which it will continue to Bilaspur, Rourkela, Tatanagar, Kharagpur, and finally Howrah.
