Karnataka MLA Extols Bunt Community's Cultural Values at Hubballi Event

Deputy leader of the opposition in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly and MLA Arvind Bellad emphasized that all communities should draw inspiration from the cultural ethos of the Bunt community. He made these remarks during the inauguration ceremony for the golden jubilee celebration of the Hubballi-Dharwad Bantara Sangha, held on Sunday in Hubballi.

Bellad Highlights 'Work is Worship' Philosophy

Bellad praised the Bunt community for being at the forefront of adhering to the 'work is worship' philosophy, which he identified as a cornerstone of their success. He elaborated on the community's origins and growth, noting their significant impact across India.

"Hailing from Dakshina Kannada district, the community has made its mark across the country," Bellad stated. "The Sangha was registered in 1974, and elders who migrated to North Karnataka for businesses encouraged their families to move here. The community is now widely spread and well-known in all fields because of their elders, who pushed them to work here."
