Supreme Court Intervenes in Cash-for-Query Case Against TMC MP Mahua Moitra

In its ruling, the Delhi High Court had directed the Lokpal to reconsider the grant of sanction under Section 20 of the Lokpal Act within one month, as outlined in paragraph 89 of the judgment.
