"Doctors assert that households with three children experience enhanced health, and this is vital for our collective future. Numerous nations worldwide are actively implementing measures to boost their birth rates," Bhagwat stated during his speech.
He called for a comprehensive review of India's existing population policy, noting that while legislative actions could be considered, the primary focus should be on fostering public awareness and education to encourage voluntary adoption of larger family norms.

Beyond demographic issues, the RSS chief expressed deep concerns regarding illegal immigration into India. He urged citizens to remain vigilant in identifying and reporting unauthorized entrants to the authorities.
