Governor Shukla Stresses Cyber Threats, ARTRAC's Vital Role at Army Day Event
Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla addressed a critical issue on Saturday. He spoke at the 78th Army Day celebrations in Shimla. The event took place at the Army Training Command, known as ARTRAC. Shukla highlighted how security challenges are changing fast today.
Evolving Threats and Training Imperatives
Cyber warfare and information warfare are now major threats. Shukla made this clear in his speech. He said these new dangers make ARTRAC's work more vital than ever. The command shapes future-ready leadership for the Army. It also provides essential training to personnel.
Shukla addressed officers and staff from ARTRAC. Many other dignitaries attended the event too. He explained that ARTRAC's training does two important things. First, it strengthens the operational capabilities of soldiers. Second, it instills strong ethical and human values in them.
A Day of Pride and Solemn Remembrance
