Aurangabad Horror: Man Murders Three Minor Relatives Before Attempting Suicide
In a deeply disturbing incident that has shaken the community, a 20-year-old man allegedly murdered his two minor nephews and young niece before attempting to take his own life in Khutahan village under the Haspura police station area of Aurangabad district. The brutal crime unfolded on Friday morning while the children's parents were away from home.
Gruesome Details of the Crime
According to police reports, the accused, identified as Amant Pal, entered the residence of his elder brother Guddu Pal around 10 AM. At that time, Guddu had left for work while his wife had gone to a nearby temple for Ram Navami puja, leaving their three children unattended at home.
Seizing this opportunity, Amant allegedly locked the house from inside and used a sharp-edged weapon to slit the throats of the three children: Anish Kumar (10), Ayush Kumar (7), and Anushka (5). Tragically, all three victims died on the spot from their injuries.
After committing the horrific act, the accused reportedly attempted suicide by slitting his own throat, leaving himself critically injured and bleeding profusely.
Discovery and Police Response
The terrible scene was discovered when the children's mother returned from the temple and found the door locked from inside. With assistance from villagers, the door was forcibly opened, revealing the gruesome aftermath: three lifeless young bodies and the accused lying unconscious in a pool of blood.
Superintendent of Police Ambrish Rahul confirmed that Amant was immediately taken into custody and rushed to a local hospital for emergency treatment. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was later referred to a medical facility in Patna for advanced care.
