A 35-year-old woman died on Saturday morning after her saree got entangled in a machine at a garment factory in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, leading to fatal injuries to her neck and chest.

Incident Details

The deceased, identified as Kushbu Devi, was a daily-wage worker at SR Bright Industries located in TSSIC Colony. Her husband, Rajukumar Paswan, who also worked at the same factory as a laborer, was present at the time of the incident.

Police Investigation

According to the Jeedimetla police, the accident occurred when Kushbu Devi's saree got caught in the machinery, causing severe crushing injuries. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
