Eligibility Criteria: Qualifications, Age, and Experience

While this is the basic requirement, the bank has shown a preference for candidates possessing professional credentials such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), ICWA, or an MBA/PGDBM in Banking or Finance, depending on the specific post and scale applied for.

The age limit for applicants is calculated as of November 1, 2025. For MMGS-II, the age bracket is 25 to 35 years. For MMGS-III, it is 28 to 38 years, and for SMGS-IV, it is 30 to 40 years. The bank will grant age relaxation to SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per prevailing government norms.

A critical component of the eligibility is relevant work experience. Candidates for MMGS-II must have a minimum of three years of officer-level experience post-qualification, with at least two of those years dedicated to MSME, corporate, or commercial credit. Those aiming for MMGS-III and SMGS-IV scales need between five to eight years of relevant experience in banking and credit-related roles, with the exact requirement varying by scale.
