The events, comprising the Girls' Youth Club Promotion and ‘Chai Par Chaupal' programmes, focused on delivering comprehensive support across education, sports, skill development, and social welfare sectors.
Empowering Future Leaders at Girls' Youth Club Promotion
During the Girls' Youth Club Promotion programme, MLA Rajeshwar Singh conducted an open dialogue with more than 500 girls affiliated with 25 Girls' Youth Clubs from the Khushhal Ganj Mandal. He emphasized that the advancement of daughters is intrinsically linked to the progress of families, society, and the nation at large. "Women's empowerment remains the strongest foundation of a developed India," Singh asserted, highlighting his commitment to fostering gender equality and opportunity.
The participating girls enthusiastically shared their career aspirations, which spanned diverse fields such as:

In response, the MLA outlined concrete measures to support their ambitions. On the educational front, he guaranteed study materials and expert guidance for competitive examinations like UPSC and NEET. Additionally, he announced access to free computer training, personalized career counselling, and up-to-date employment information through 14 digital youth empowerment centres currently operational within the constituency.

Later in the day, the ‘Chai Par Chaupal' programmes extended the outreach to rural areas, with sessions organized in the gram sabhas of Adampur, Terwa, and Majhigawan.
