In preparation for the Ram Navami procession scheduled to pass through Vadodara's old city on Thursday, local authorities have mobilized a substantial security force. Close to 2,000 policemen will be stationed along the route to ensure safety and order during the religious event.

Six companies of the State Reserve Police (SRP) and 500 home guards will be deployed alongside traffic brigade personnel to manage crowds and vehicular movement effectively.
