Jhansi: Two 15-Year-Old Boys Booked for Alleged Sodomy of 9-Year-Old
In a disturbing incident from Jhansi, two 15-year-old boys have been formally booked by the police for allegedly sodomising a 9-year-old boy. The case, which has sent shockwaves through the local community, falls under the jurisdiction of the Nawabad police station.

According to the complaint lodged by the victim's father, the incident occurred on Saturday. The father reported that while the family was preoccupied with a marriage function, the accused lured the young boy, who is a first-grade student, to an under-construction house nearby.
At the location, one of the accused allegedly sodomised the victim, while the other filmed the entire act on a mobile device. After the assault, the boys threatened the victim, warning him not to disclose the matter to anyone.
How the Case Came to Light
The crime remained hidden until Monday, when a neighbor approached the victim's father. The neighbor revealed that he had seen a video of the sodomy while one of the accused was showing it to another boy. This crucial information prompted the father to take immediate action.
On Wednesday, the father filed a formal police report at the Nawabad police station, leading to the registration of the case.

Station Officer Ravi Srivastava of Nawabad police station confirmed that a case has been lodged against both minors under multiple sections of the law. The charges include:
- Section 70 (2) and 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)
- Section 5m/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act
- Section 67B of the Information Technology Act
SO Srivastava stated, "We are investigating the matter thoroughly and will take further action based on the evidence collected." The police are currently examining the circumstances surrounding the incident and gathering additional details.
