Man Kidnapped in Broad Daylight Near Indore Police Outpost, Rescued After Dramatic Chase

In a shocking incident that unfolded in full public view, a man was kidnapped from the premises of Agar-Malwa district hospital in Indore, just 100 meters away from a police outpost. The brazen abduction has raised serious questions about law and order in the area, as onlookers captured the entire episode on video.

Dramatic Abduction Caught on Camera

According to eyewitness accounts, a group of eight to nine men surrounded Dhirap Singh, the victim, and forcibly dragged him into a white car before speeding away. The incident occurred while Dhirap was at the hospital to check on his friend, Jitendra Singh, who was undergoing treatment following an assault. The altercation escalated quickly, leading to the kidnapping as bystanders recorded the scene.

Police Swiftly Launch Investigation and Rescue Operation

Police reached the spot promptly after receiving information about the incident and initiated a thorough investigation. Utilizing the video footage shot by onlookers, authorities identified the vehicle used in the crime and traced the victim's whereabouts. In a swift operation, Dhirap Singh was rescued from near Madkota village, approximately 18 kilometers from the hospital. Multiple injury marks were found on his body, indicating he had been assaulted during the ordeal.

Link to Solar Company Conflict Suspected

Police suspect that the kidnapping is linked to an old conflict involving a solar company in Jaisinghpura, located in the Barod area. The assault on Jitendra Singh, Dhirap's friend, is believed to be related to the company's operations, suggesting a deeper motive behind the abduction. This connection points to ongoing tensions in the region that have now spilled over into violent crime.

Legal Action and Ongoing Search for Perpetrators

Kotwali police have registered a case against Bagdu Singh, Bane Singh, and an unidentified accomplice under charges of kidnapping and assault. CSP Motilal Kushwaha confirmed that the victim is safe and that a search is underway for the kidnappers. The police are intensifying efforts to apprehend all individuals involved and ensure justice is served.

This incident highlights the audacity of criminals operating near police facilities and underscores the importance of public vigilance in aiding law enforcement. As the investigation continues, authorities are urging anyone with additional information to come forward to help bring the perpetrators to justice.
