MLA Suresh Gurjar was reportedly traveling from Jaipur to Jhalawar with a driver at the time. The SUV, coming from Jaipur, struck Meena's bike as he was turning onto the highway from a link road. The impact was devastating, with the SUV sustaining front-end damage and the motorcycle being completely crushed.
"The collision was so severe that the SUV suffered damage to its front portion, the bike was crushed flat and the legs of its rider were severed from the body. He was declared dead at a hospital," stated Inspector Gautam, highlighting the gruesome nature of the crash.

Upon learning of the mishap, Meena's family members and local residents gathered at the accident site, blocking traffic to express their anger and demand justice. The protest disrupted normal flow on the highway, drawing immediate attention from authorities.
Senior police and administrative officials, including Hindoli Sub-Divisional Magistrate Shivraj Meena and Deputy Superintendent of Police Ajit Meghwanshi, quickly arrived at the scene. They worked to calm the agitated crowd and address their concerns.
Congress MLA Suresh Gurjar, who represents the Khanpur constituency in Jhalawar district, assured the protesters of swift action and support for the victim's family. He pledged assistance before continuing his journey to Jhalawar. Following these assurances, the highway was cleared, and Meena's body was transported to a local mortuary.
Legal Proceedings and Aftermath
After a post-mortem examination, the body was released to Meena's family for last rites. In response to the incident, a formal case has been registered against the driver of the MLA's vehicle. Police authorities have confirmed that further investigations are currently underway to determine the exact circumstances and liabilities surrounding the accident.
