To participate, prior registration is mandatory. The registration window opens from May 4 and will continue until May 7, starting daily at 10 am. Not all offences will be considered. The initiative focuses on traffic violations such as riding without a helmet, not wearing a seat belt, overspeeding, jumping signals, and improper parking. However, serious offences like drunk driving, hit-and-run incidents, and major accidents are excluded. Only challans issued up to January 31, 2026, are eligible for settlement during this session.

On the day of the hearing, individuals are required to carry all necessary documents and report at their allotted time. A judicial officer will review the case, and depending on the nature of the offence, may reduce the penalty or waive it in certain cases. If a fine is imposed, it must be paid immediately at the court. Once the process is completed, the challan is cleared from the system.
