Details of the Fatal Attack
According to police reports and family statements, the accused, Vinod, lived in another room on the second floor of the same house as Seema. Meanwhile, Lalit, a relative of Seema, arrived at the house and peered through a window, witnessing the gruesome scene. They rushed Seema to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared her dead upon arrival.

The family of the deceased has raised concerns, alleging that police did not arrive promptly despite receiving information about the incident. A murder case has been officially registered, and authorities have recovered the weapons used in the crime, including the knife and hammer. The arrested accused is currently under interrogation as the investigation progresses.
Seema's husband, Pradeep, who originally hails from Lalganj, Uttar Pradesh, was at work in Baltana during the attack, while their children were at school.
