The complainant, a 50-year-old resident of Saraspur, stated that around 11:30 PM, he, along with his wife and several neighbors, approached the wedding venue to request that the music volume be reduced. The loud DJ music was reportedly causing significant disturbance to residents in the surrounding area, prompting their intervention.
In his complaint, he alleged that four unidentified men at the function became immediately aggressive upon hearing their request. The situation quickly deteriorated as the men began verbally abusing the group, pushing them, and initiating a physical scuffle. The complainant claimed he was assaulted during this confrontation, resulting in him falling to the ground where he was beaten and sustained a forehead injury.
Chaos Ensues as Teenager Injured in the Melee
As more residents gathered at the scene in response to the commotion, the chaos intensified. During the ensuing melee, a teenage boy from the neighborhood was allegedly knocked down. He suffered injuries to the back of his head and near his ear, adding to the severity of the incident.
