Uttar Pradesh backward class welfare and Divyangjan empowerment minister Narendra Kashyap completed his Census self-enumeration process at his official residence in Lucknow on Friday. The minister directed officials and employees to ensure effective implementation of the programme in accordance with the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Call for Public Participation
Kashyap urged officials to encourage greater public participation in the campaign. He emphasized that the Census 2027 would provide a new direction to the self-enumeration process, and the data collected through this exercise would play an important role in planning and implementing development-oriented welfare schemes across the state.
