The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4 concluded on a high note a few months ago, with veteran filmmaker David Dhawan and his son appearing in the grand finale. However, the entertainment did not end there, as the show returned with a special episode featuring Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia.
Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia's Hilarious Banter
Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia cracked many hilarious jokes about their India's Got Latent controversy. Host Kapil Sharma also pulled their leg, taking the entertainment quotient a notch higher. However, everyone was stunned when Kapil invited Samay Raina's arch rival Sunil Pal on his show.
Sunil Pal's Unexpected Appearance
As soon as Kapil announced Sunil Pal's name, Samay Raina looked very shocked, but Ranveer went ahead and lifted him in his arms. Samay greeted Sunil with respect. Kapil welcomed Sunil on stage and asked him the reason behind calling Samay 'comedy's terrorist'. Samay added, "Sir, he really went after us back then..."
Sunil went on to express his dislike for Samay's comedy. He said, "It would have been better if he had thrown grenades from his mouth, because what actually comes out of him is unbearable. And what is not understandable is not understandable, so anyone who doesn't belong in society is basically a terrorist."
Heated Exchange and Comedic Comebacks
Samay and Sunil both refused to let it go and took digs at each other. Samay joked that he does not have any problem with Sunil or the statements he made against him; the only issue he has is why Sunil does not brush his teeth. When Kapil and Archana both asked Sunil if he has forgiven Samay Raina, the latter said, "Well, in a classy gathering you remember Ghalib. In their gathering, it is just nonstop abuse."
Samay responded with a strong comeback, "Whatever abusive words I have learned, it is from Sunil Pal's videos, from comments on his videos." He took another dig, "I think Sunil bhai is number one, but out of ten."
More Jabs and Laughter
Their attacks did not stop there. When Kapil asked Sunil about arriving at his movie's premiere in chappal (flip-flops), Samay said, "He always roams around in flip-flops. He only sees shoes when they are thrown at him." He added, "He has said so many things about us. My mom would be proud of me this time."
