Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, is the conducting body for this test, which is organized on behalf of the state government following University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations.

Exam Pattern and Subject Coverage
The APSET-2025 will be conducted across 30 different subjects. The exam pattern consists of two papers:

Notably, there is no upper age limit for appearing in the APSET. Candidates with a Ph.D. degree are eligible for relaxation in the minimum marks requirement.
