Mahindra & Mahindra Q3 Results Board Meeting on Feb 11, 2026

Indian automotive giant Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has officially announced the date for its board meeting to review the financial performance for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26. The company's board of directors will convene on Wednesday, 11th February 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements.

Key Details of the Upcoming Board Meeting

In a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges, M&M stated that the meeting is scheduled pursuant to SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. The agenda is to approve both the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025. This announcement sets the stage for a crucial earnings disclosure that the market is keenly anticipating.

Why Q3 FY26 Results Are Crucial for Investors

The upcoming third-quarter results are expected to be particularly significant for M&M and the entire auto sector. Analysts and investors will scrutinize the numbers as this will be the first full quarter reflecting the impact of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) reduction implemented by the government in late September 2025. Furthermore, the financials are likely to capture the full effect of the festive season demand, providing a clear picture of consumer sentiment and sales performance.

A Look Back at M&M's Strong Q2 Performance

The company enters this results season on the back of a robust second quarter. For the period from July to September, M&M reported an 18% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit, reaching ₹4,521 crore. This growth was fueled by sustained demand for its high-margin sports utility vehicles (SUVs) and tractors, coupled with strong export numbers.

Standalone revenue also saw a healthy jump of 21% to ₹35,080 crore, compared to ₹28,919 crore in the same quarter last year. The operating performance remained solid, with EBITDA surging 23% year-on-year to ₹6,467 crore. As of the last quarter, the company commanded a dominant market share of 25.7% in the SUV segment and 43% in the tractor segment.

Stock Performance and Market Outlook

Recently, M&M's stock price has shown limited movement, gaining only about 2% over the past three months. However, on a year-to-date basis, the scrip has appreciated by 18%. Over longer horizons, the stock has been a standout performer, delivering multibagger returns of 122% over two years, 197% over three years, and a staggering 411% over five years.

In Wednesday's trading session, shares of the blue-chip automaker closed 0.35% higher at ₹3,637.60 on the BSE. The market will now await the February board meeting for the next set of financial data that will shape the near-term trajectory for one of India's leading auto majors.
