A paint shop was completely gutted after a fire broke out near Mudappallur Junction at Vadakkencherry in Palakkad district on Thursday evening. The incident occurred around 3:30 pm at Ayyappa Paints, a local establishment dealing in paints and related products.

The fire spread rapidly through the shop due to the presence of highly inflammable materials, including paint thinners, solvents, and other chemical products stored inside.
