Indian-Origin Man in US Confronts 39 Charges in Extensive Sex Trafficking and Abuse Investigation
An Indian-origin man residing in the United States is now confronting a staggering thirty-nine criminal charges related to sex abuse, trafficking, and molestation. This development comes as additional victims of the thirty-two-year-old liquor store owner, Kulvir S Brar, have courageously stepped forward during the ongoing and deeply disturbing investigation.
Arrest and Escalating Legal Proceedings
Kulvir S Brar was initially apprehended on March 13th after law enforcement officials revealed he was utilizing the social media platform Snapchat to solicit sexual acts from minors. His alleged tactics involved offering illicit drugs, alcohol, and access to his apartment's rooftop pool as enticements. Prior to this, Brar had been arrested on December 4, 2025, on charges of indecent communication with a minor and possession of child sexual abuse material.
In a significant legal move, Judge Christine Hayes elevated Brar's bail from $500,000 to $750,000. The judge explicitly labeled Brar a considerable threat to the community, a designation heavily influenced by the growing number of complainants coming forward with allegations.
How the Investigation Unfolded
According to detailed court records, the investigation was triggered on July 4th. The Oregon Department of Human Services alerted the Vancouver Police Department in Washington state after a fifteen-year-old girl in Portland reported a traumatic incident. She stated that a man using the name "Molly" had forced her to perform oral sex in his vehicle, offering "weed pens" in exchange.
Investigators later identified "Molly" as the Snapchat username of Kulvir S Brar, whose handle was 'pnwmolly', as reported by The Columbian. The investigation revealed a predatory pattern: Brar would seek out young girls on the app, compliment their appearances, and then promise them substances such as cocaine, ecstasy, and LSD. These offers were consistently conditioned on the victims providing sexual acts or explicit photos and videos.
Brar allegedly boasted to victims about being the owner of Boondox Liquor Plus in Longview and residing at the Vancouver Waterfront with coveted rooftop pool access. Authorities state he specifically targeted vulnerable minors, including a sixteen-year-old victim whose family was experiencing homelessness. Brar is accused of sexually assaulting this girl while she was heavily intoxicated.
In another harrowing account, a victim reported that Brar raped her on her birthday after supplying her with a dangerous cocktail of MDMA, cocaine, LSD, and alcohol until she was barely conscious. To intimidate his victims and ensure their silence, Brar allegedly claimed he was not afraid of legal consequences due to his wealth and "good lawyers." He reportedly showed one victim his firearm as a further means of coercion.
Evidence Uncovered During Raid
A raid conducted at Brar's residence yielded a trove of incriminating evidence. Detectives seized:
- Cocaine, MDMA, and psilocybin mushrooms
- Hundreds of small plastic bags commonly used for drug distribution
- A Sig Sauer pistol
- Various sex toys
- Plan B emergency contraceptive
- Dozens of nicotine vaping devices
Furthermore, fourteen disposable masks with makeup smudges were discovered inside his vehicle. Surveillance footage confirmed that juvenile females were seen wearing similar masks while entering his residence, linking this physical evidence directly to the alleged crimes.
The Extensive List of 39 New Charges
The prosecution has filed a comprehensive set of thirty-nine charges against Kulvir S Brar, reflecting the severity and breadth of the alleged offenses. The charges include:
- Two counts of first-degree trafficking
- Three counts of second-degree trafficking
