A 55-year-old woman lost her life and four individuals sustained injuries after the cab they were traveling in collided with the rear of a trailer truck. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Monday in Ozarde village along the Pune-Mumbai expressway.

The Shirgaon police have identified the deceased as Sunita Narayan Bhat, a resident of Vile Parle, Mumbai. The injured passengers include the cab driver, Pratik Sarawade (21) from Bhosari, Saudagar Gaikwad (42), Bipin Prajapati (27) from Mahalunge, and MD Naeem Akbar (53) from Nalanda, Bihar. All injured individuals were promptly taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
