Iran's ambassador to India has firmly stated that the Islamic Republic will not relinquish its legal and legitimate rights concerning uranium enrichment. The statement comes amid heightened international scrutiny over Iran's nuclear program and ongoing negotiations with world powers.

In an interview, the Iranian envoy emphasized that uranium enrichment is a sovereign right under international law. He argued that Iran's activities are peaceful and fully compliant with the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) obligations. The ambassador accused some countries of applying double standards, as they themselves possess enriched uranium while denying the same to Iran.
