Mysuru: Three constituent colleges of the University of Mysore (UoM), which were transferred to newly carved Chamarajanagar and Hassan universities, are now facing an acute shortage of students. One of them - Terakanambi Govt First Grade College, was shut down for the last four years, with no students, making the Rs 3 crore investment in the college infrastructure waste.
