Oppo's New Flagship Arrives in India
Oppo has officially confirmed that its highly anticipated flagship smartphone series, the Find X9, will be launching in the Indian market this month. The grand unveiling is scheduled for November 18, marking a significant entry into the premium segment. This series is set to bring top-tier performance and advanced camera technology to Indian consumers.
Expected Pricing and Market Position
Ahead of the official launch, tipster Abhishek Yadav has shared the expected pricing for the two models. The standard Oppo Find X9 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is anticipated to be priced at ₹74,999. Meanwhile, the top-end Oppo Find X9 Pro could carry a price tag of ₹99,999. It is common for smartphones to have a higher Maximum Retail Price (MRP) listed on the box, so the final street price might be different. This represents a slight increase from the previous generation, where the Find X8 started at ₹69,999 for the same configuration, and the Find X8 Pro was also priced at ₹99,999.
Power-Packed Specifications and Features
The Oppo Find X9 series is poised to make a strong impression with its hardware. Both models will be powered by the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, ensuring flagship-level performance. They will also be the first devices in India to run on Oppo's latest ColorOS 16 user interface, which is based on the new Android 16.
The camera system, a key highlight, carries the prestigious Hasselblad branding. The Pro model boasts an impressive quad-camera setup:
- A 50MP Sony LT828 primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS)
- A 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens
- A high-resolution 200MP Samsung HP5 3x periscope telephoto lens with OIS
- A 2MP multi-spectral sensor
For display, the Find X9 features a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and an incredibly bright 3,600 nits peak brightness. The Find X9 Pro steps it up with a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display, offering the same high refresh rate and peak brightness levels for an exceptional viewing experience. Both phones will support fast LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage technology.
