Prof Rao Assumes Additional Charge as MNNIT Director

Prayagraj: Following directives from the Ministry of Education, Government of India, Professor Uma Maheshwar Rao has taken on additional responsibilities as the director of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Prayagraj. Professor Rao is currently serving as the director of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela.

In his new role, Professor Rao expressed his dedication to enhancing the institute's academic and administrative structure while fostering excellence in research, innovation, and technical education. He stated that efforts would be made to elevate academic standards and build upon the institution's rich legacy with the support of students, faculty, and staff.

Highlighting the importance of quality education and cutting-edge research, Professor Rao emphasized that the institute would continue to cultivate an environment conducive to innovation, skill development, and industry-oriented learning.
