Currently playing for Bengaluru FC in the Indian Super League (ISL), Williams made the significant decision to relinquish his Australian passport last year to become eligible for Indian national team selection. Born in Perth in 1993, he began his professional career in England with Portsmouth FC in 2010, making his senior debut a year later against Middlesbrough FC.
His professional journey includes notable spells with English clubs Fulham FC and Barnsley FC, where he developed his skills as an attacking player.
