Rajasthan Masters Athletics Body Elects New Leadership Panel
The Masters Athletics Association of Rajasthan conducted its elections in Jaipur recently. Members gathered to choose their leadership for the upcoming term.
Unanimous Re-election for Four-Year Term
The entire executive committee received unanimous approval for a fresh four-year term. This decision reflects strong support from the association's membership.
VN Pathak, senior joint secretary of the Masters Athletics Federation of India, attended the proceedings as an observer. His presence ensured proper adherence to national federation guidelines.
Devendra Kumar officiated the election process as the designated election officer. He oversaw the voting and declaration of results.
New Leadership Team Takes Charge
Dr GL Sharma secured the position of president through the election. Laxmi Swami will serve as general secretary for the association.
The newly-elected panel will guide the organization from 2026 through 2030. Their mandate includes promoting masters athletics across Rajasthan.
