His travels first took him to Shanghai, where he attended the Formula 1 debut of his protégé, young driver Arvid Lindblad. Following this supportive mission, Rowland, accompanied by his wife Lauren and their two children, daughter Harper and son Hennie, headed to the tropical paradise of Koh Samui in Thailand for a well-deserved family getaway.

Upon his arrival back in Dubai, Oliver Rowland took to his Instagram Stories to confirm his return and provide fans with an exciting update on his new house. He posted a video showcasing the current state of the under-construction property, which features an impressive spiral staircase that leads directly into the living area.
The living room itself opens out onto a spacious garden complete with a swimming pool at the front of the property. Rowland captioned the video simply with "Getting there," indicating that the family's vision for their dream home is steadily materializing. In a subsequent post, he shared a playful clip of his wife Lauren practicing her swing with a baseball bat, followed by a nostalgic throwback video of himself celebrating with a trophy at a previous Formula E race victory.

Oliver Rowland has been demonstrating formidable form throughout the current Formula E championship season, achieving podium finishes in three out of the six races contested so far.
