In the women's long jump, Simran from Nawanshahr claimed the title with a leap of 5.68 meters. The women's javelin throw saw a tight contest, with Saroj Devi from Jalandhar winning gold with a throw of 46.35 meters. Versha from Sangrur took silver with 46.1 meters, while Manpreet Kaur from Bathinda earned bronze with 43.22 meters.

Lovepreet Singh from Jalandhar won the men's 200m final with a time of 21.65 seconds, followed by Harmanpreet Singh from Punjab Armed Police and Anif from Sangrur. The women's 200m title went to Sony Kaur from Hoshiarpur, who clocked 24.73 seconds. Dhubhneet Kaur from Bathinda and Jasmeen Kaur from Patiala completed the podium.

In the men's 400m hurdles, Hardeep Kumar from Sangrur delivered an outstanding performance, winning gold in 51.98 seconds. Nikhil Bhardwaj from Mohali and Jashanjot Singh from Patiala took silver and bronze, respectively. Gurdeep Kaur from Sangrur dominated the women's 400m hurdles, finishing in 1:00.73 minutes.

Distance Events and Race Walk

Sahil Sagar from Sangrur won the men's 5,000m race with a time of 14:46.79, while Rajbinder Kaur from Tarn Taran claimed the women's 5,000m title. In the men's 21km race walk, Arshpreet Singh from Faridkot emerged victorious with a timing of 1:31:40.77. Amanjot Singh from Barnala and Dheer Goyal from Faridkot secured silver and bronze medals, respectively.
