The three deceased individuals have been identified as Maharaj Singh, aged 60, Mukesh, 50, and Rajendra. They were returning from a nearby village where they had gone to offer condolences following the death of a relative. All three victims succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the accident, leaving their families and the community in mourning.

The injured parties include Vineeta, 45, Sunita, 35, and Bijendra, 50. They suffered serious head and leg injuries in the overturn. Kasganj Police provided a statement detailing their actions: "Following the accident, officials reached the scene and sent the injured to hospital for treatment. After preparing the panchayatnama of the deceased, the bodies were sent to the mortuary for post-mortem examination. Necessary legal proceedings are being carried out at the police station level."
