Targeting the Nitish Kumar-led administration over a disturbing series of criminal incidents across multiple districts, Tejashwi highlighted several recent cases that have sparked public outrage and protests throughout Bihar. The RJD leader specifically referenced the suspicious death of a medical aspirant in Patna, along with separate rape cases reported from Muzaffarpur, Nalanda, and Gopalganj districts.
"The daughters are completely unsafe under the NDA rule in Bihar," Tejashwi declared in a strongly-worded social media post, adding that "Samuche Bihar ke liye ye aapatkalin sthiti hai (This is an emergency situation for the entire Bihar)."

The opposition leader also drew attention to the tragic death of a final-year engineering student at a technical institute in Sitamarhi district, an incident that has triggered widespread demonstrations and raised serious questions about campus security and institutional accountability.
