The incident occurred at the Rain Basera (Shelter Home) located at Maharana Pratap Square, near the local bus stand. The facility was crowded when the large reptile was suddenly spotted, causing a wave of terror. Eyewitnesses reported that people rushed outside in alarm, driven by the sheer size of the unexpected visitor.

Snake Safely Released, Police Issue Advisory
Following the rescue, ASI Abhishek Pal confirmed that the captured snake was transported to a nearby forest area and released safely back into the wild. Speaking to the media, the officer issued an important advisory to citizens.
"If anyone spots a snake or any other wild animal in residential areas, they should not take any personal risks," stated ASI Pal. "Please inform the police or the concerned forest department immediately so that professional help can be provided."
