"Why does Bihar remain substantially below national averages in all development indicators even after more than two decades of NDA governance?" Yadav questioned in a detailed post on platform X. "Until the administration properly identifies the core problems and implements effective solutions, they will continue hiding their failures through repeated misuse of electoral and administrative mechanisms."

"In the present governance framework, not only do rape victims face immense obstacles in obtaining justice, but their families frequently experience additional harassment during investigation processes," Acharya added, highlighting what she views as systemic failures in the criminal justice system.
