"Congress lacks the policy, intention, and capability to govern," Nabin asserted, adding that the opposition party engages in what he termed "vote bank politics." He specifically referenced Assam, claiming that Congress had historically exploited the state for electoral gains without genuine commitment to its development.
Contrasting this with BJP's approach, Nabin stated, "BJP has the policy, intent, and capability, and we are working with the people." He also emphasized his party's commitment to transparency, claiming BJP follows a strict policy of "zero corruption," a direct jab at corruption allegations often leveled against political opponents.
