These included the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF), District Executive Force from East Khasi Hills, Assam Police, 1st MLP Battalion, NCC Boys and Girls, Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides, Phudmuri Presbyterian Secondary School, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Mawphlang, BDW International School, Assam Rifles Public School, Kendriya Vidyalaya NEHU, Brass Band of Meghalaya Police, Border Wing Home Guards, and Border Security Force.

The performances included Ka Shad Knia Sngi, Wangala (harvest dance), and Ka Chad Rep from Meghalaya; Satriya dance from Assam; Cheraw (bamboo dance) from Mizoram; Lai Haraoba folk dance from Manipur; Modse Warrior Victory Dance from Nagaland; Nyishi Rikham Pada from Arunachal Pradesh; Reang Lebang Boomani Folk Dance from Tripura; and Tamang Selo (Damphu Dance) from Sikkim.
