The man alleged that his friend administered an intoxicating substance to him, which was mixed in milk. Around 2:30 AM, while he was asleep and under the influence of this substance, she reportedly attacked him with a sharp-edged weapon.
The assault resulted in grievous injuries, with the most severe being the severing of his genitals. Following the attack, the victim managed to rush to a hospital, carrying the severed part with him.
