Woman and Two Daughters Found Dead in Swimming Pool; Father Alleges Murder by Husband
In a tragic incident that has shocked the community, a 26-year-old woman and her two young daughters were discovered deceased in a swimming pool at a private layout on the outskirts of Punnole village in Hanamkonda district on Thursday morning. The victims have been identified as Farhana, aged 26, and her daughters, Umera, 9, and Ayesha, 5, all residents of Punnole village.
Father Accuses Son-in-Law of Murder
The woman's father, Sk Ali, has made serious allegations against his son-in-law, Md Azharuddin, accusing him of killing the three individuals and attempting to frame the deaths as an accident. According to Sk Ali, Azharuddin, a resident of Jubileenagar village, had been married to Farhana for six years and is the father of the two daughters.
Sk Ali claims that Farhana was five months pregnant, and her husband suspected that the unborn child was also a girl. He alleges that Farhana had previously undergone two abortions and had been subjected to ongoing harassment from Azharuddin, which may have contributed to the tragic outcome.
Events Leading to the Tragedy
On Wednesday night, Azharuddin reportedly took Farhana and their two children to his land in a private layout on the village outskirts. Sk Ali states that they celebrated one of the children's birthdays there and shared dinner together. The property features a swimming pool, where the bodies were later found.
Sk Ali alleges that Azharuddin murdered his wife and daughters at the location and later tried to portray the deaths as accidental drowning. He informed family members of the incident on Thursday morning, prompting them to rush to the scene.
Investigation Underway, Accused Absconding
Family members who arrived at the spot discovered the three bodies in the pool. The Parwathagiri police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter. Police teams are actively searching for Azharuddin, who is currently absconding.
