A female passenger was formally charged after an alleged physical altercation with a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) constable at Jaipur International Airport on Tuesday. The incident, which raised security concerns, occurred at a boarding gate when the passenger was reportedly denied entry by airline staff.

The event took place around 3 pm at Terminal 2 of the airport. According to the First Information Report (FIR) filed at the airport police station, the passenger, identified as Lokapriya, was scheduled to fly from Jaipur to Mumbai. Airline staff had denied her entry at the boarding point, which led to the subsequent confrontation.
The CISF constable, who was on duty at Boarding Gate 1A, stated in the complaint that the passenger used criminal force against her. The allegations include that Lokapriya pushed and obstructed the officer, grabbed her uniform twice, and attempted to push past the security checkpoint.
Police Investigation and Immediate Aftermath
Airport police were promptly alerted about the scuffle. SHO Roop Narayan Yadav confirmed that a case has been registered based on the complaint by the CISF personnel. The charges pertain to obstructing a public servant from discharging official duties.
However, the woman was not arrested or detained immediately following the incident. She was allowed to leave after the initial formalities. Police officials emphasized that any security breach at the airport is a major issue and will be treated with utmost seriousness. A probe is currently underway.
