According to police reports, the 30-year-old accused used to teach the minor girl at his residence. On the fateful day, during what should have been a regular tuition session, Akram reportedly sent the child to clean a room. He then allegedly followed her, forcibly locked the door, and proceeded to rape the terrified student.
When the young victim attempted to resist the assault, the accused reportedly stuffed a cloth into her mouth to prevent her from screaming for help. Adding to the trauma, Akram allegedly threatened the girl with severe physical violence if she disclosed the incident to anyone.

The horrific crime remained concealed until January 26th when the girl complained of stomach pain and was taken for medical examination. It was during this consultation that the child finally revealed the traumatic experience to her mother.
