Teenager Dies After Cricket Match Dispute in West Delhi, Three Boys Apprehended
In a tragic incident in west Delhi's Tilak Nagar, a 15-year-old boy lost his life on Monday evening following a violent altercation that stemmed from a cricket match dispute. According to police reports, the teenager was playing cricket at Woodland Park when he got into an argument with a 12-year-old boy. This initial disagreement quickly escalated into a physical fight, setting off a chain of events that led to the fatal outcome.

After the initial confrontation, the 12-year-old boy returned home and informed his cousins, aged 17 and 13, about the dispute. The three boys then allegedly went back to the park with the intention of confronting the 15-year-old. Police stated that around 7:20 PM, the two sides met again, and a fight broke out. During the scuffle, blows were exchanged, resulting in the 15-year-old sustaining severe injuries to his neck and head. He fell unconscious at the scene.

The injured boy was rushed to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival. Authorities have registered a First Information Report (FIR) in connection with the case. The three children involved in the incident, described as being in conflict with the law, have been apprehended by the police.
