Gang's Claim
A message purportedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang was circulated on social media, taking responsibility for the firing. The message accused the businessman of running a hawala racket and warned others involved in similar activities. The police are verifying the authenticity of the claim.

Senior police officials visited the scene and have formed multiple teams to investigate. The case has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act. The police are also probing possible links to organized crime networks operating in the region.
