Prayagraj Labourer Allegedly Beaten to Death by Friends After Liquor Session
In a shocking incident in Prayagraj, a 24-year-old labourer was allegedly thrashed to death by four of his friends late on Sunday night. The victim, identified as Kuldeep Bind, was found dead near Bajha Dauatpur village, under the jurisdiction of the Jhunsi police station.

According to police reports, Kuldeep Bind and his friends consumed liquor together on Sunday evening. However, the situation took a violent turn when some of his friends allegedly attacked him with a sharp wooden piece, leading to his death on the spot. Station Officer Mahesh Mishra of Jhunsi police station confirmed that the altercation occurred after the drinking session, resulting in the fatal assault.
The body of the deceased was discovered near the house of one of his close friends on Monday morning. Family members informed the police that Kuldeep had been called from his home by his friends on Sunday evening but never returned. His body was subsequently found in the village, prompting immediate police action.

Following the discovery, the body was sent for a post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death. The Jhunsi police have lodged a named First Information Report (FIR) against four individuals in connection with the case. As part of the ongoing investigation, two of the accused have been detained for questioning.
