Noida Bike Taxi Driver Stabbed and Robbed in Midnight Attack
In a shocking incident in Noida, a bike taxi driver was allegedly attacked and robbed by three men in the Bisrakh area on Sunday. The driver, identified as Kushal, was travelling from Galaxy Chowk towards Lal Kuan when the assailants on a motorcycle stopped him near JM International School.
Details of the Violent Assault
Based on the complaint filed by Kushal, an FIR was registered at the Bisrakh police station. He mentioned that the incident occurred around midnight on February 14. Kushal, originally from Meerut, has been residing in Chhapraula village for the past three years. He reported that after dropping off a passenger at Nirala Society, he was en route from Galaxy Chowk to Lal Kuan when the three men on a motorcycle began to follow him near JM International School.
Sensing danger, Kushal attempted to speed away, but the men overtook him and parked their motorcycle in front of his vehicle. The attackers allegedly brandished a knife and demanded all his valuables. When he resisted, one of them stabbed him in the abdomen. Kushal tried to cry for help, but the men threatened to kill him if he continued shouting. They then snatched his motorcycle, cash, and mobile phone before fleeing the scene.
Immediate Aftermath and Police Response
Locals rushed to Kushal's aid and took him to a nearby hospital, where he received medical treatment. He was discharged on Monday and returned home. On Tuesday, Kushal approached the police station to submit a formal complaint regarding the incident.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police RK Gautam confirmed that an FIR has been registered against unidentified individuals in this case. He stated that police teams have been deployed to identify and apprehend the suspects. Authorities are examining CCTV footage from the area surrounding the crime scene to gather leads and track down the perpetrators.
