However, the lawyer was unable to complete the full payment within the required timeframe, leading to the cancellation of the winning bids. The recent auction on March 5 saw one of the four land parcels, with a reserve price of Rs 9.41 lakh, sold for over Rs 10 lakh, indicating competitive bidding. The identity of the Mumbai-based bidder has not been disclosed by authorities.
