Haryana Police Officers Honored with Prestigious President's Police Medal on Republic Day

In a significant recognition of exemplary service, Joint Commissioner of Police (JCP) Rajesh Duggal from Faridabad will be conferred the prestigious President's Police Medal during the state-level Republic Day celebrations on Monday. This honor highlights the dedication and commitment of police personnel across Haryana.

Distinguished Awardees and Their Contributions

Alongside JCP Rajesh Duggal, twelve other police officers have been selected for police medals in recognition of their outstanding and meritorious service. Among them is Simardeep Singh, the former head of the Special Task Force (STF) and currently serving as Inspector General of Police (IGP) for the Rohtak range.

Notably, Simardeep Singh played a pivotal role in leading the extradition of gangsters and spearheading major anti-gangster operations, showcasing his strategic expertise in tackling organized crime. His efforts have significantly contributed to enhancing law and order in the region.

All the awardees will be honored at various functions held across the state, reflecting the widespread appreciation for their service.
